Can’t See An Item You’d Like To Buy?

If there’s a certain item you’d like to buy but don’t see it on our ‘Scooter Buy’ pages, then get in touch and we’ll check if it’s available.

At the moment it’s just Scooter items you can buy online from us but please let us know if you’d like to buy or are interested in other products…whether they be cycle, skate or scoot!

Buy Ramps and Rails?

We can also offer ramps and rails from Freshpark www.freshpark.com. Let us know if you have any burning questions about the ramps or you would like to place an order and we’ll let you know the purchase cost and carriage.

Payment

All major debit and credit cards are accepted, woo hoo! and a PayPal account is not required if you want to pay by card. Alternatively, you can choose to use your PayPal account for a swift checkout.

We use PayPal to process all your payments so you can buy from us with peace of mind and rest easy that your payments are processed securely. Need more info? Check www.paypal.co.uk

If you’d prefer not to enter your card details online, just contact us and we’ll happily accept your card payment over the phone. Or, we can email you a PayPal invoice… meaning you can make your purchase using any major debit or credit card, or simply just use your PayPal account.

Please be careful when ordering items, particularly if you are unsure of the compatibility of parts – if in doubt, get in touch and we’ll gladly help.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20% except helmets which are zero rated.

If you’d like to order from overseas then get in touch and we’ll try to meet your requirements.

We won’t begin to process your order until we’ve received your payment.

Delivery

If your item is in stock, we’ll do our best to despatch your order that day. During busy times it may take us a wee bit longer but we aim to despatch orders within 3 working days. We’ll let you know if you order an item which is out of stock, and when we expect to have it back in again.

Our postage charges as of April 2013 are as follows:

  • Orders under £50 costs £3.95
  • Orders £50 to £99.99 costs £4.95
  • Orders £100 and over qualify for free postage – yippee!
  • Delivery is free to local addresses in Dunbar, Belhaven and West Barns – another yippee!
  • Or, you are most welcome to collect your purchase from our shop

If you choose to collect your purchase from our shop we’ll let you know by email when it’ll be available for you to collect.

Just let us know if you would like to use an upgraded, postal delivery option and we will let you know the additional cost.

If you’d like your scooter built before despatch, get in touch and we’ll advise the extra cost.

The postal carriers suggest that services to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer than their normal delivery timing… visit www.royalmail.com or www.parcelforce.com if you need more info.

Late deliveries may happen if delays are outwith our reasonable control. This could include instances such as; severe weather conditions and strike action or industrial disputes.

Returns

Let us know about any shortages, breakages or faulty items by getting in touch with us within 3 days please.

When you return an item it should be in the original packaging, unused and returned with your original receipt to us within 7 days. Please pack your item carefully and it would be really helpful if you could let us know why you are returning the item. Once we’ve received your return and checked the packaging, item/s and paperwork, we’ll issue a refund. The safe return of items to us is payable by you and we suggest you go for a recorded delivery service as we can’t accept responsibility if items were unfortunately lost in transit.

Cancellations

If you’ve placed an order but then want to change or cancel it, get in touch as soon as you can, as orders can go through speedily. We’ll try our best to make any changes but can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to, as the order may already have been processed. If that’s happened, you may have to wait until you receive your order and then just follow the normal returns procedure.
